Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Packtray desktop application and website. By using Packtray, you agree to them.
Trial and purchase
The trial lasts seven days from the first item you add. It requires no account or payment information. After the trial, a purchased license is required to add new items or start a new session. Your existing session remains readable and may be exported once more.
License
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Packtray on up to two devices at a time, across Mac and Windows. You may deactivate an old device before moving to another. You may not resell, rent, redistribute, reverse engineer for circumvention, or share a license key outside your household or business use without permission.
Price and payment
The standard one-time price is US$18.99. The first 100 eligible purchases may use the advertised US$12 early-bird price. Taxes and local currency conversion may change the checkout total. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, tax, receipts and refunds; its checkout terms also apply.
Your content
You keep all rights to your screenshots, text, notes and files. Packtray processes that material locally and does not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for having the right to use and share what you add or export.
Acceptable use
Do not use Packtray to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, or abuse the licensing system. We may disable a license obtained fraudulently, refunded, charged back, or materially used in breach of these terms.
Updates and availability
We may improve, change or discontinue features. A one-time purchase includes the version sold and maintenance updates made available for it; we will clearly disclose any separately paid major upgrade before it is offered.
Warranty and liability
Packtray is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
If these terms materially change, the updated version and effective date will be posted here. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already paid for.
