Refund Policy
Try Packtray for seven days before buying. If the paid product still is not right for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
14-day policy
Email [email protected] within 14 calendar days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout and, if available, the order number. You do not need to write a long explanation.
How it is processed
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and processes the refund to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. The Packtray license may be disabled once the refund is approved.
Exceptions
We may decline duplicate requests, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or requests made after 14 days where local law does not require otherwise. If the law where you live provides stronger cancellation, refund or consumer rights, those rights still apply.
Technical problems
If Packtray does not work on a supported Mac or Windows computer, contact us. We will try to fix the issue; asking for help does not pause or reduce your 14-day refund window.
